Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster

Blackjack is a game that reminds me of a roller coaster. It is a game that starts out slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you grow your bankroll, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom collapses.

black jack is so remarkably like a roller coaster the similarities are alarming. As with the popular fair ground experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going great for a while before it bottoms out yet again. Undoubtedly you have to be a player that’s able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game especially given that the game of black jack is choked full of them.

If you like the small coaster, a coaster that cannot go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a larger wager, then hop on board for the roller coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he/she is not considering the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s a lovely feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to twist and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.

If you don’t, you will not naturally remember how much you enjoyed everything while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride … your head in the clouds. As you are recalling "what ifs", you won’t find it easy to recollect how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that devastating drop as clear as day.
