I have enjoyed countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost a lot of money at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it almost impossible to beat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 35 mins using this method! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
